Nanette Verdin is an amazing realtor! She went above and beyond for our family both times we used her. Nanette helped us purchase our Vegas property during COVID while we were out of state. She stayed in touch the entire time we owned the property and provided information of different things going on around town that our little family might be interested in. When it was time to move again we did not hesitate to reach out to her to represent us in the sale of our home. Nanette came over and guided us through the whole process. She advised us on the best strategy to get our home sold in the time frame we needed and she even helped us get set up in the military rewards program to save us money along the way. Nanette is a great real estate agent. She is very personable and was very familiar with our wish list (and more). She provided great advice on what to look for in a home and educated us on common home-buying mistakes to ensure we weren't compromising on our long-term needs. Once we chose a home, she voluntarily used all of her resources to ensure we had the best legal and financial advice. She maintained consistent contact with our lender and the seller's agent and informed us immediately of any issues that arose.
